What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available for the first 30 days after a subscription is purchased.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Individual accounts: We accept credit and debit cards.

  • School and District accounts: We accept credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We do not accept purchase orders at this time.

What if I only want to purchase memberships for a PLC, a grade level, or a portion of my school?

Contact us and we can customize a plan for you. Memberships are based on the number of students enrolled in the Positivity Portal.

Is this portal SOPPA, FERPA, and COPPA compliant?

We use Google single sign on and are compliant with student privacy laws. Here is a copy of our Privacy Statement.
